SBTG “Skeleton Comrade” Custom Nike Dunks

Even a novice sneakerhead like me can appreciate these. Mark Ong, a.k.a. SBTG, just released some photos of the “Skeleton Comrade,” which uses hand-painted denim and selvedge denim to make its mark. These are a great example of what I feel customization is really supposed to be: individuality and versatility, but without being excessively gaudy and unwearable with anything. And the skeleton concept is executed well, also: from the white crossbones, to the gold crossbones at the bottom of the laces, to the gold rings as lacehoes. They’re limited to 24 pairs – 12 in black, 12 in blue – and will run for $600, but they’re pricey for a reason. Other pics under the jump.
