Happy Martin Luther King Day.

I’m running a little late, but I damn sure haven’t forgotten. I should be back home right now, watching my pops get honored with a Keep The Dream Alive Award at a luncheon given out by the black faculty at Delta College and another organization, but I missed a bus last night. So in his and the late Dr. King’s honor, I’m going to do my best at making myself better so I can do a better job at making the people around me better. MLK wanted us to be judged by our character, so I’m trying to make sure that when I am judged by my character, that I’ll be in good shape.
